Stockholm Sweden

Stockholm is overall an amazing city with a lot of places to explore.

Gamla Stan, the old town built in the Middle Ages, is the part of the city that was originally the Swedish capital, Stockholm. Despite the fact that it is now only part of a Stockholm municipality, it still is of utmost importance, as here stands the Kungliga Slotted (Royal Castle). Although it is no longer inhabited, visitors still can get an idea of the former royal lifestyle in Kungliga Slotted´s castle museum.

Ahoy ship: The Vasa warship was salvaged 333 years after it sank on its maiden voyage in 1628, and was given its own museum - Vasamuseet. Here you can marvel at the original ship, along with many historical artifacts related to it. In fact, at least 98% of the original pieces are still in place today!

For unique memories, we suggest exploring Stockholm's fjords either by boat or by ship. Be certain to visit Skärgarden, which is the largest island in Stockholm!

If you' re an adrenaline junkie, a tour to the Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg is a definite must. The park has a 100 year old history and features attractions for both young and old, and themed events.
